The Northeast Massachusetts Youth Orchestras, Inc. (NMYO) strives to enrich the region’s youth population through a superior musical experience. NMYO believes that high-quality ensemble experiences should be available to all young musicians and does not discriminate on the basis of race, ethnic background, financial ability, or physical disability. NMYO considers community outreach to be an important experience in the development of young musicians. Through Youth Serving Through Music, NMYO’s community outreach concert program, performers promote the value of music in the surrounding communities. |
