Joining NMYO in summer of 2025, Tessa Sacramone is NMYO’s Music Coordinator. She coordinates rehearsals, assists with concert planning and production, serves as stage manager, and assists with communications, marketing, and publicity.
Tessa Paige Sacramone is a versatile and accomplished violinist, vocalist, actor-musician, songwriter, and music educator based in New England. With a strong foundation in classical music and experience in a wide range of genres—rock, pop, indie, folk, musical theater, and new music—she has performed with renowned artists such as Andrea Bocelli, Marie Osmond, Celtic Woman, and the late Glenn Frey. She has also been cast as an actor-musician in productions such as How The Irish Got That Way and ONCE. Tessa has appeared on stages such as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and the Shanghai Symphony Hall, and her collaborative projects have included cinematic rock bands like Earthside and Mannheim Steamroller Orchestra. She also released her own album, Belong Here, under the name Tessa Paige. |
Tessa is also a dedicated educator, having served as a Resident Musician with Community MusicWorks in Providence and a member of the Orchestra of the Americas Global Leaders Program in which she collaborated with community music programs abroad. She currently performs with several regional orchestras, including the New Bedford Symphony Orchestra and the Eastern CT Symphony Orchestra and frequently engages in their young people's concerts.
With years of experience in orchestral, chamber, and solo performance, as well as extensive teaching and community engagement, Tessa’s deep understanding of music and its impact on youth informs her work as Music Coordinator. She brings both her artistic expertise and multidimensional arts experience to support the growth and success of the NMYO music programs.
